Returns Policy

We want you to shop with confidence at Need-Shop. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you can request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

• Return requests must be made via phone, email, or our website.

We do not accept returns for items due to change of mind or slight color variation caused by lighting or screen resolution.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 7 working days.
